What is the difference between the Premium, Business and Enterprise plans?
Our plans are designed to meet different needs. The plan Premium (€60/year) is ideal for small businesses, with 20GB of SSD space, 1 hostable domain and 5 databases. The plan Business (€70/year) offers more resources, such as 50GB of SSD space, 2 hostable domains and 10 databases, perfect for those who need to grow. What does "free domain included in the plan" mean?
With all our plans (Premium, Business and Enterprise), we offer you the registration of 1 free domain for the first year. This means you can choose your own domain name (e.g. www.yourname.eu at no extra cost. However, domain or email transfer is not included – if you already have a domain elsewhere, we can help you transfer it for an additional cost.
Can I transfer my WordPress site to Hostingfy?
Absolutely! All our plans include a free WordPress site migration. Whether you have the Premium, Business or Enterprise plan, our team will migrate your site safely and seamlessly. Plus, with our WordPress-optimized hosting, your site will be faster and more secure.
How many subdomains can I create with my plan?
The number of subdomains depends on the plan you choose. With the plan Premium, you can create up to 2 subdomains; with the plan Business, up to 5 subdomains; and with the plan Enterprise, up to 10 subdomains. Subdomains are perfect for creating separate sections of your site, such as blog.yoursite.eu or shop.yoursite.eu.
Are backups included in your plans?
Yes, all our plans include daily backups of space and databases. This means that your data is always safe, and we can restore it if necessary. With Hostingfy, you don’t have to worry about losing your work: we’ve got you covered!
What are the "Unlimited INodes" included in the plans?
INodes represent the number of files and folders you can have on your hosting space. With “Unlimited INodes”, you have no restrictions on the number of files you can upload, making our plans (Premium, Business and Enterprise) ideal for sites with a lot of content, such as images, documents or plugins.
Can I manage multiple websites with one plan?
Yes, but it depends on the plan. With the plan Premium, you can host 1 domain; with the plan Business, up to 2 domains; and with the plan Enterprise, up to 5 domains. This allows you to manage multiple websites from a single Hostingfy account, with adequate resources for each.
How many email accounts can I create?
The number of email accounts varies by plan. With the plan Premium, you can create 5 email accounts; with the Business, 10 email accounts; and with theEnterprise, up to 25 email accounts. Each account can be configured with your domain, for example info@yourdomain.eu.
